Work Station	:	Corporate Headquarters, 48, Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Analyze the performance of assigned market and advice the respective colleagues accordingly
Monitor regular sales growth of assigned market and immediately address any decline in sales
Coordinate with the interfacing departments to ensure necessary support for all the regions
Formulate strategies to develop junior colleagues as well as market/territories/regions
Propose plan and implement rearrangement of region, Sales District and Sales Group
Visit credit customers to check their feasibility and outstanding and monitoring the total outstanding assigned market

Pre-requisite to apply:

BBA & MBA Major in Marketing from reputed public & private universities
2-4 years of experience in relevant field
Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Well conversant with MS Office
Age limit up to 32 years
Be ready to travel frequent
Well conversant with MS Office


Salary Range	:	Attractive remuneration package will be offered.
