Junior Officer, R&D/QC/Production Planning & Inventory Control

Major Duties and responsibilities:

For Quality Control
- Analyze Product materials
- Contemplate the application of health and safety, and environmental standards
- Ensure Good Laboratory Practice and good housekeeping
- Ensure proper maintenance of QC equipments
- Ensure proper record keeping.
For Research & Development
- Perform test method development of raw materials & products
- Analyze the source, pre-shipment & commercial RM, Bulk, intermediate and finished products
- Carry-out method validation & compilation of raw materials & products
- Perform analysis of Stability, DTL & others sample as per requirement
- Ensure Good Laboratory Practice and good housekeeping
- Ensure proper record keeping.
For Production Planning & Inventory Control
- Monitor the receiving of RM and PM from vehicle and update in SAP
- Store of RM, PM & FG as per their designated storage condition
- Share purchase order as per rolling sales forecast monthly to all toll plant
- Ensure delivery of finished products to Depots and vat challan of RM and PM
- Ensure line clearance in BPR and maintain dispensing related activities
- Maintain Physical stock of RM, PM and FG as per SAP stock

Pre-requisite to apply:

M.Sc / B. Sc in Chemistry/ MBA in Management
Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
Good writing & reading skill in English
Basic computer knowledge
Within 30 years of age
