Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform job analysis and manpower planning for plant
- Conduct recruitment related all activities
- Arrange orientation for newly joined employees
- Organize and provide training for the development of employees
- Conduct transfer, promotion, performance appraisal, clearance related jobs
- Maintain good employee relation and congenial working environment
- Maintain attendance, personal file management and update HRIS
- Perform all administrative jobs like canteen, accommodation and transport related issues
Pre-requisite to apply:
- MBA in HRM or Masters in Public Administration/Human Resource Management from any reputed university
- 1-2 years of relevant factory work experience is preferred but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Within 28 years of age
- Candidates must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, good quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
- Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position
- Well conversant with MS-Office
| Salary Range | : | Tk. 31,000-34,000 per month and other benefits admissible for this position |
