Associate Scientist, R&D / Executive, Quality Assurance

Major Duties and responsibilities:

For Research & Development:
- Conduct formulation activities for new & existing products and pre-formulation study for method development
- Perform analytical method development for both compendia & non-compendia method
- Ensure the trouble-shooting activities by maintaining compliance with quality
- Raise Document initiating form Change Control Report, Change Document Report, Handling of Deviation and perform risk assessment as per requirement
- Prepare Process Optimization (PO), Process Validation (PV) documents like protocol, batch documents etc. and conduct the PO and PV Batches as per procedural requirement
- Analysis of stability sample for new products as per schedule
- Conduct analytical method validation and verification for new products
- Conduct operation of HPLC, GC, UV-VIS spectrophotometer & Atomic spectrophotometer
- Compile analytical documentation with maintaining GDP
- Perform cleaning validation activities as per regulatory requirements
For Quality Assurance:
- Monitor dispensing of raw materials as well as manufacturing & packaging processes in compliance with GMP
- Perform IPC, BMR-BPR checking, change control activities and batch release activities
- Prepare and control of SOPs and ensure QMS related documentation
- Handle the Market Compliant, Deviation, QIR, CAPA, NCR & rejections
- Handle the Batch document & Retention Sample and ensure proper investigation of quality incidents
- Perform Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to prepare & conduct training programs of employees

Pre-requisite to apply:

M. Pharm or M. Sc. in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (From reputed Universities)
1-2 years of related experience is preferable but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
Well conversant in MS Office
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position
Capable to work in a team and in shifting environment
Within 30 years of age
