Major Duties and responsibilities:

Major Duties and responsibilities (For Microbiology):
- Organize and carry out microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, water & environmental samples
- Ensure preservation & maintenance of control microorganisms & other laboratory reagent
- Ensure preservative efficacy test in different formulations, validation of sterilization, depyrogenation and aseptic operation
- Maintain documentation, development and up gradation of test formats & record keeping
Major Duties and responsibilities (For Validation & Calibration):
- Performing qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) of newly installed utility, facility, equipment & machineries of solid & aseptic manufacturing area
- Conducting preparation of qualification/ re-Qualification protocol of utility, facility, equipment & machineries of solid & aseptic manufacturing area as per scheduled timeline of VMP
- Completing qualification activities according to Validation Master plan
- Performing & supervising of all types of calibration activity, maintain schedule & follow up schedule
- Preparing protocol for Thermal mapping of different types of storage areas i.e. FG warehouse, RM warehouse, freezer, refrigerator, incubator, Stability chamber, cold room etc.

Pre-requisite to apply:

M.Sc/B.Sc in Microbiology Or B. Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (From reputed Universities)
1 to 2 years’ of relevant experience is mandatory
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Well conversant with MS-Office
Within 32 years of age
