Work Station	:	Pabna Plant, Shalgaria, Pabna

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Ensure smooth maintenance and operation of all machines & equipment of pharmaceutical plants
Ensure maintenance and development of power plant, utility, boiler, water system and all infrastructures
Prepare engineering design, drawing, planning, estimation, sourcing, cost analysis etc.
Develop and maintain the plant operations complied with regulatory guidelines
Lead engineering team and ensure their development

Pre-requisite to apply:

B.Sc in Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical from public & reputed private universities
10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong analytical skills
Should possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
Well conversant with MS-Office, MS Project & Auto CAD
Within 45 years of age
