Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Involve directly into HVAC related project, renovation, preventive & breakdown maintenance work of HVAC and Compressed Air Plant
- Assess spare parts and raise Purchase Requisition for HVAC systems and compressed air systems
- Supervise the daily electro-mechanical repair and maintenance work of maintenance team (HVAC)
- Prepare budget for renovation/maintenance/ servicing works and machine/system URS as per requirement from users
- Involve directly into installation, commissioning and validation of HVAC, water & Compressed Air systems
- Conduct clean room monitoring & validation as per half yearly & yearly schedule
- Prepare work plan & guide the technician about repairing work
- Ensure good documentation practice
Pre-requisite to apply:
- B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
- Between 2 to 6 years of relevant experience is mandatory
- Good communication skill & analytical skills
- Capable to work under pressure
- Well conversant with MS-Office, MS Project & Auto CAD
- Within 35 years of age
