Associate Scientist, Research & Development

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Conduct the product development activity, laboratory trial of tech-transfer products depending on the documents review & report
Evaluate the technical aspect of formulation for its suitability for implementation at proposed manufacturing site
Collect & review of all relevant documents of Tech Transfer package for internal & external transfer process and analyze the gaps
Record the development activity according to lab trial for formulation development initiative
Prepare API and drug product specification and assist the Analytical Research Team
Prepare packaging material specification for Packaging Material Specification (PMS) approval
Raise Document initiating form Change Control Report (CCR), Change Document Report (CDR), Handling of Deviation and perform risk assessment as per requirement
Prepare Process Optimization (PO), Process Validation (PV) documents like protocol, batch documents etc. and conduct the PO and PV Batches as per procedural requirement
Involve in the process optimization and process validation activities for tech transfer or any assigned products
Ensure the trouble-shooting activity of the products to solve any product problem by maintaining compliance with quality

Pre-requisite to apply:

M.Pharm / B.Pharm
1-2 years experience in related work in reputed pharmaceutical company is preferable but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
Well conversant with MS Office
Within 30 years of age


Salary Range	:	Tk. 28000 to 33000 per month
