Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor the operational & maintenance related activities for process machineries of production facility
- Supervise the daily repair & maintenance work of engineering workshop and maintain its record
- Ensure machine spare parts assessment, quotation checking and raising PR (purchase requisition) for process machineris
- Prepare and review engineering SOP, EOP, and conduct training for staffs
- Ensure proper safe working practice for personnel inside factory and train up junior colleaugues
- Prepare budget for maintenance, renovation works and servicing tasks as per user requirement
- Supervise & guide the junior colleagues
Pre-requisite to apply:
- B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-2 years of relevant factory work experience is preferred but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Good communication skill , interpersonal skills & analytical skills
- Capable to work under pressure
- Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills
- Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position
- Well conversant with MS-Office
- Within 30 years of age
| Salary Range | : | Tk. 36,000 to 40,000 per month |
