Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Greeting, welcoming and managing the guests
- Maintaining the front office area clean and organized
- Keeping front office tidy and presentable with all necessary material
- Answering all incoming calls, sorting correspondence and redirecting them or keeping messages
- Addressing to client inquiries
- Receiving letters & couriers and distributing them properly
- Keeping and updating records & files
Pre-requisite to apply:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 -2 years of relevant experience is preferable but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Well conversant with MS Office
- Within 30 years of age
