Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Receive and welcome guest in a friendly and professional way
- Arrange food, accommodation and transportation for guests
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
- Coordinate with other departments regarding guest arrangement as per requirement
- Ensure proper documentation and prepare expense bills
- Anticipate guests' needs and build rapport with them
- Response to guests' queries
- Maintain the inventory of guest amenities
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies, rules, regulations & practices
Pre-requisite to apply:
- Masters in English
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Well conversant with MS Office
- Within 30 years of age
| Salary Range | : | Tk. 14,000 per month |
