Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment and selection activities
- Initiate, plan and carry out training and orientation program
- Maintain employee relations and handle employee grievances as well as disciplinary cases
- Assist in Performance Management System & Manpower Planning activities
- Suggest necessary actions to keep employees motivated
- Perform day-to-day HR activities as well as factory administration activities
Pre-requisite to apply:
- BBA / MBA in HRM from any recognized University
- 1-2 years experience in relevant field will be preferred but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills
- Well conversant with MS-Office
- Within 28 years of age
