Major Duties and responsibilities:

Fast-track urgent procurement for IT, engineering, and office supplies to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Build a reliable supplier network, gather multi-quote bids, and negotiate optimal prices, warranties, and delivery terms.
Track market trends, drive cost savings, and convert repetitive spot buys into structured, long-term supply contracts.
Partner with Engineering, IT, Production, and Warehouse teams to verify technical specs and validate emergency justifications.
Issue Purchase Orders (POs), build audit-ready documentation, and enforce strict adherence to company SCM policy.

Pre-requisite to apply:

Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA) with 2+ years in tactical/urgent procurement.
Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills for managing procurement workflows.
Strong vendor/supplier management, market analysis, commercial awareness, and a cost-conscious, analytical mindset.
Proven negotiation, high-pressure execution for urgent/multiple requirements, thorough documentation, and steady follow-up.
Strong communication skills paired with high integrity, confidentiality, and strict adherence to ethical procurement practices.


Salary Range	:	Attractive remuneration package will be offered
