Work Station	:	Corporate Headquarters, 48, Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Enhance lead generation & monitor daily sales
FFs performance gap findings & take corrective measures
Develop customer relationship management
Enhance operational efficiency
Competitor’s activity monitoring & take competitive advantage
Find out farmers problems & guide FFs to solve
Monitor promo activities & feedback analysis

Pre-requisite to apply:

MSc in Agriculture/MBA/BBA from reputed univeristy
2-4 years’ relevant experience is preferable
Smart, energetic and willing to travel frequently
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Well conversant with MS Office
Within 35 years of age


Salary Range	:	Attractive remuneration package will be offered.
