Junior Sub Assistant Engineer / Safety Officer

Major Duties and responsibilities:

For Engineering:
- Review and interpret technical designs and drawings to ensure accurate execution of HVAC and electrical systems
- Prepare (bill of quantities) BOQs, cost estimates, and material requisitions verify materials and bills in coordination with the store assistant
- Supervise HVAC and electrical construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards
- Prepare site progress reports and maintain complete technical and project documentation
- Provide on-site guidance to contractors and laborers on health and safety practices
For Environmental Health & Safety:
- Enforce site safety standards and ensure correct use of PPE by vendors and project personnel
- Supervise electrical and mechanical construction activities to ensure safe and compliant execution
- Investigate, document, and maintain records of site incidents and safety observations
- Conduct safety briefings and provide on-site guidance to contractors and laborers on health and safety compliance
- Prepare site progress reports and manage required project documentation
- Monitor material inventory and ensure safe handling and storage at the project site

Pre-requisite to apply:

Diploma in RAC/Mechanical/Electrical
3-5 years of Industrial process, maintenance and safety related experience is mandatory
Candidate must possess excellent planning, negotiating, execution, and coordination skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Readiness to perform in a shift-based operation
Well-versed in MS Office
Within 32 years of age


Salary Range	:	Attractive remuneration package will be offered.
