Assistant Legal Counsel, Corporate Legal Affairs Department

Work Station	:	Corporate Headquarters, 48, Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of property law, including vetting land documents, managing registration, mutation procedures, and land settlement proceedings
Represent the company in all civil, criminal, and labor-related litigation before courts and quasi-judicial bodies across Bangladesh.
Draft and critically review a wide range of legal documents, including national/international agreements, Deeds, MoUs, and formal correspondence to government offices.
Provide expert legal advice and strategic opinions on land purchases, corporate matters, and labor disputes to protect business interests.
Manage dispute resolution through effective litigation, negotiation, mediation, and timely settlement with vendors and external parties.
Ensure corporate compliance and protect the company's Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) through registration and necessary legal action.

Pre-requisite to apply:

LLB and LLM degree from reputed universities
Enrolment as an Advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council.
2-4 years of relevant experience mandatory
Willing to travel frequently
Within 32 years of age.
Good interpersonal and communication skills


Salary Range	:	Attractive remuneration package will be offered.
