Major Duties and responsibilities:
- For EHS:
- Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification to identify potential hazards and implement control measures
- Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent incidents
- Investigate all accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents promptly and thoroughly
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, including air, water, and waste management
- Promote energy conservation and sustainable practices
- Assist in planning, design, and execution of electrical and automation systems.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, load calculations, single-line diagrams, and control schematics.
- Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment, power distribution, and control systems.
- Support HVAC, cleanroom, and utility system integration from an electrical perspective.
- Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and report status to management.
- Troubleshoot issues during installation and commissioning phases to ensure smooth handover.
- Assist in qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) of electrical systems as per pharmaceutical validation requirements.
Pre-requisite to apply:
- B. Sc in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering (from reputed Universities)
- Minimum 2 years of related experience is mandatory
- Knowledge of EHS compliance to maintain a safe and sustainable manufacturing operation
- Readiness to perform in a shift-based operation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well conversant with MS-Office
- Within 33 years of age
