Work Station	:	Corporate Headquarters, 48, Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Execute business analytics and communicate it to sales forces
Visit various markets and monitor sales operation
Provide necessary support to sales forces to perform the job smoothly
Take initiatives for the improvement of sales activities
Propose & plan for market restructuring as per market potentiality
Assist in formulation & review of business policy, incentive policy, performance evaluation policy & promotion policy for sales forces
Assist in restructuring geographical area for defined markets, territories & regions
Ensure achieving the sales target

Pre-requisite to apply:

BBA Major in Marketing from reputed public & private universities
2-3 years of experience in relevant field
Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Well conversant with MS Office
Age limit up to 32 years
Be ready to travel frequently


Salary Range	:	Attractive remuneration package will be offered.
