Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Build a world-class R&D division focused on developing high-quality generic pharmaceutical products for domestic and international markets.
- Oversee method development and validation to support regulated markets, including ANDA filings (US-FDA), ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Guide the team in designing lab-scale and pilot-scale development batches using a Quality by Design (QbD) approach.
- Ensure the development and timely launch of new products in alignment with the marketing dept.
- Ensure Tech Transfer and Alternate Source Projects as per agreed timelines.
- Plan and implement analytical activities for new product development.
- Coordinate the approval of raw material sources/vendors and oversee process and cleaning validation activities.
- Ensure stability studies for product development trial samples.
Pre-requisite to apply:
- Minimum B. Pharm / B.Sc. in Chemistry
- Around 20 years’ relevant experience is mandatory
- Strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
