Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct required market study for setting goals and developing plans for Crop Care business growth (E.g. identifying new markets, customer needs).
- Work with Sales & Marketing team in developing & implementing differentiated & new promotional mix to snatch competitor’s share.
- Develop marketing strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, explore market potential & formulate penetration strategy in order to generate revenue with improved profitability
Pre-requisite to apply:
- MBA / BBA
- 2-4 years of relevant experience required
- Candidate must possess excellent planning and execution skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-versed in MS Office
