Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform first-level monitoring and troubleshooting of all servers, storage, and network devices.
- Maintain data centers and environmental facilities, i.e. Precision air conditioning, UPS, generators, fire prevention systems, AVR, etc.
- Install new equipment and software.
- Maintain daily logs of all data center equipment and devices.
Pre-requisite to apply:
- Diploma in Computer Science /Electrical Engineering
- Experience in Basic computer networks and systems maintenance.
- Must have knowledge about different types of Operating System (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE Linux and Windows Server )
- Knowledge about Hypervisor technology (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge about Data Backup Tools.
- Experience in Online UPS and electrical devices (AVR, Precession AC).
- Must be willing to work on roster duty.
