Executive, Production/ Executive, Validation / Microbiology

Work Station	:	Pabna Plant, Shalgaria, Pabna

Major Duties and responsibilities:

For Production
- Monitor and ensure the manufacturing process as per planning, guidelines & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure in time production
- Ensure cGMP compliance in all production activities
- Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR) and other documents
- Participate in validation activity
- Conduct In Process checking to ensure product quality as per specification
- Supervise & guide the Operators, Helpers and other Production Worker
For Microbiology / Validation
- Conduct and ensure the qualification of new system and re-qualification of existing system, equipment and instrument according to validation master plan schedule
- Prepare & implement the validation related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and protocols
- Organize and carry out microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products, water & environmental samples
- Ensure preservation & maintenance of control microorganisms & other laboratory reagent
- Ensure preservative efficacy test in different formulations, validation of sterilization, depyrogenation and aseptic operation
- Maintain documentation, development and up gradation of test formats & record keeping

Pre-requisite to apply:

M. Pharm / B. Pharm / B. Pharm (Professional) / M. Sc. in Microbiology (From reputed Universities)
1-2 years of related experience is preferable but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
Well conversant in MS Office
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position
Capable to work in a team and in shifting environment
Within 30 years of age
