Assistant Legal Counsel (Corporate Legal Affairs)

Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle civil, criminal and company related legal issues and represent company at the court
- Perform legal formalities regarding lease, purchase and sale of property & check and verify related documents
- Prepare deeds, agreements and bonds etc.
- Provide all types of legal support to the company
Pre-requisite to apply:
- LL.M. with LL.B. (Hons.) from any reputed university
- Enrolled Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Conversant in drafting agreements, deeds and legal documents
- Well conversant with MS Office
- Within 35 years of age
| Salary Range | : | Tk. 35,000 to 40,000 per month |
