Assistant Legal Counsel, Legal Affairs

Job Status	:	Full Time
Work Station	:	Corporate Headquarters, Dhaka

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Handle civil, criminal and company related legal issues and represent company at the court
Perform legal formalities regarding lease, purchase and sale of property
Prepare deeds, agreements and bonds etc.
Provide all types of legal support to the company

Pre-requisite to apply:

LL.M. with LL.B. (Hons.) from any reputed university
Enrolled as an Advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council or Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field
Excellent communication skill in English
Well conversant with MS Office
Within 35 years of age
