Human Resource Executive, (Development & Training)

Job Status	:	Full Time
Work Station	:	Corporate Headquarters, Dhaka

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment and selection process of Sales Forces
Organize induction, oversee development & coordinate refresher training for Sales Forces
Prepare & develop training manuals related to Sales Forces
Conduct Training Need Assessment of Sales Forces, prepare training calendar as per training needs and conduct training accordingly
Assist in Assessment process for promotion, up-gradation, placement and job confirmation of Sales Forces
Conduct training on human systems & products

Pre-requisite to apply:

Education:

B. Pharm/ M. Pharm /M. Sc in Microbiology from any reputed university

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
Fresh applicants can also apply
Within 29 years of age

Other Qualifications:

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position
Well conversant with MS-Office
