Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and selection process of Sales Forces
- Organize induction, oversee development & coordinate refresher training for Sales Forces
- Prepare & develop training manuals related to Sales Forces
- Conduct Training Need Assessment of Sales Forces, prepare training calendar as per training needs and conduct training accordingly
- Assist in Assessment process for promotion, up-gradation, placement and job confirmation of Sales Forces
- Conduct training on human systems & products
Pre-requisite to apply:
Education:
- B. Pharm/ M. Pharm /M. Sc in Microbiology from any reputed university
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Fresh applicants can also apply
- Within 29 years of age
Other Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
- Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position
- Well conversant with MS-Office
