Major Duties and responsibilities:

Handle civil and company related legal issues and represent company at the court
Perform legal formalities regarding lease, purchase and sale of property
Prepare deeds, agreements and bonds
Provide all types of legal support to the company

Pre-requisite to apply:

LL.M. and LL.B. (Hons.) from any reputed university
Enrolled as an Advocate in Bangladesh Bar Council
Minimum 3 years experience in related field
Excellent communication skill in English
Well conversant with MS Office
Within 35 years of age
